The exercises and methods that I will teach to you, come from my many years of experience. I do not use fitness equipment. My methods are focused on very efficient physical and bioenergetic techniques. From this knowledge my clients should participate.
I seize the healthy effects of ancient martial arts and traditional systems like Chi Kung or Yoga. In combination with intensive stretching methods and strength exercises your muscels will remain strong AND flexible. Additional dynamic and functional traing as well as cardio training from martial arts will bring a certain twist to my workout.
For sessions in deep relaxation traditional bioenergetic methods proved most successful to me.
